CNC turning
We are capable of turning pieces from a 300mm rotation diameter. Our CNC turning machinery pool is composed of the following machines: bar guided, sliding head, surfacing-and-boring lathe, twin spindle and robotic twin spindle machines. We are capable of high precision machining of steel and stainless steel, aluminium, copper and bronze materials.

- Comprehensive machining on one machine on up to 7 axes
- Maximum workable diameter 300 mm, machine turned length 750 mm, we are able to machine work rods of up to 65 mm diameter
- Robotic machining is possible between 30 and 160 mm diameters and a weight of up to 2x3kg
- If necessary we are capable of organizing 3 shift production
Our turned products can be ordered with any kind of surface finishing, be it simple browning or a DeltaTone coating. Our turning capacities are at your disposal up to a diameter of 300 mm.
