We perform whirling thread cutting using state-of-the-art thread whirling machines manufactured by Leistritz, which meet the latest technological requirements. These machines enable fast and accurate machining of complex thread profiles with a high level of automation and reliability.

We can produce whirled threads with the following parameters:

• Single or multi-start threads
• Standard or your special thread profile
• Maximum thread length of 950 mm
• Workpiece diameter between 15 and 50 mm
