Almási Ipari és Kereskedelmi Kft.’s new small series production cell has been designed for modern custom component manufacturing.
Its central element is a driven tool, counter-spindle, Y-axis CNC lathe, which ensures high precision, quick changeovers and reliable series production even for small quantities.

The machine is ideal for complex, multi-operation machining tasks, making it the perfect choice for the production of custom or limited quantities precision parts. The machine can machine parts with a maximum diameter of 570 mm and a length of 700 mm.

The equipment is capable of complex, integrated machining operations – turning, drilling, milling and thread cutting in a single setup – thus reducing setup time and scrap rates.

What does small-batch production mean for us?

In low volume production, we manufacture precision components in quantities ranging from one pieces to a few hundred.
These are not mass-produced items, but components tailored to specific technical requirements, which we manufacture with short lead times and documented quality assurance.
